The nature of the information we collect and its legal base

- Any additional user(s) for whom you make a reservation using your registered HAPY account. In this situation, you must affirm and signify that each other user(s) for whom a booking has been made has agreed to have the information given by you revealed to us and shared with the relevant service provider(s).
- If you request HAPY to provide visa related services, then copies of your passport, bank statements, originals of the filled in application forms, photographs, and any other information which may be required by the respective embassy to process your visa application.
- HAPY takes data from paid and organic channels like our website, mobile app and all social media channels like Google, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter etc. We receive your name, city, mobile number and email address.
Such information shall be used solely for the aforementioned defined and legitimate purposes. User also acknowledges that HAPY may share this information with the end service provider or any other third party in order to deliver and facilitate the requested booking. HAPY shall always redact any sensitive or Personal Information included in any other identity card provided to the website for the purpose of availing a service, promotional offer, or booking a product. If a User chooses not to supply this information or deletes previously provided information, HAPY may be unable to fulfil the requested booking request. HAPY will never share any of the above-mentioned information, including PAN card details, Passport details, and Aadhar Card details, without their prior consent, unless otherwise required by a law enforcement authority for an investigation, a court order, or in reference to any legal process.

When making a reservation

The customers also have an option of posting questions w.r.t a service offered by HAPY or post answers to questions raised by other users. To gather feedback on your recent booking, HAPY might engage a separate company. Though the participation in the feedback process is purely optional, you may still receive emails, notifications (app, sms, WhatsApp or any other messaging service) for you to share your review(s), answer questions posted by other users. The reviews may be written or in a video format. The feedback shared may also be accessible via other internet channels focused on travel.
The user generated content that HAPY collects may be of the following kinds:

Each individual who shares reviews, ratings, questions, and images will maintain an account that others can view. Members can see the aggregate number of trips, reviews, questions, and pictures contributed by other individuals.
