Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with the company’s business goals and objectives.
    • Lead cross-functional teams to implement digital initiatives, including website enhancements, mobile app development, e-commerce solutions, and data analytics.
    • Drive innovation by identifying emerging digital trends and technologies that can be applied to the aviation industry.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the impact of digital initiatives on business outcomes.
    • Build and manage a high-performing digital team, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
    • Ensure the security and compliance of digital assets and data.
    • Cultivate strategic partnerships with technology vendors and industry experts.
    • Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team and stakeholders on the progress of digital initiatives.

Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in digital leadership roles, with a proven track record of successful digital transformation projects.
    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
    • Deep understanding of the aviation industry and the challenges and opportunities in the digital landscape.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Strategic thinker with a focus on results.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Knowledge of data analytics, AI, and emerging technologies.
    • Proven ability to drive innovation and digital excellence.
